The materials matrix lists the various materials that are known to be compatible with our current laser systems as well as whether the particular material can be cut, engraved, and/or marked. The matrix also notes the materials that we cannot process in our laser systems due to hazardous or corrosive byproducts created during the laser cutting, engraving, and/or marking process.

* Maximum thickness that can be cut varies by material type and density and will need to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the many variables involved with successfully cutting, engraving, or marking any material, we may request a material sample for testing and/or process optimization to ensure that we can achieve a desired result.
Materials That Cannot Be Laser Cut/Engraved/Marked
The following materials cannot be processed in our laser systems due to hazardous or corrosive byproducts created during the laser cutting, engraving, and/or marking process.
